Personality interviews are an important way for future employers to gain an invaluable insight into potential candidates. While these may require little preparation, they are an important way for further employers to know more about a potential employee. Interviews tend to measure an individuals behavioural tendencies and preferences within an occupational context. We focus on candidate and ad-hoc reactions to a multitude of questions that are asked to any candidate.

We also place emphasis on questions that may arise organically out of the interview. We prepare everything from subjective grading, role play and group interaction to general appearance.
